Shared Drive Won't Show Up

Hello,

I am experiencing some issues with a Google Shared Drive that is shared from another person to me. For some reason it won’t show up on RaiDrive. I tried both Personal (Shared With Me) and Business (Google Shared Drives), but nothing happens.

I’m on version 2020.6.80, Professional Edition.

Can anyone help me?

We tested it internally, but the issue you mentioned was not reproduced. Two pieces of information are required for reproduction.

  1. Are you always unable to see the shared folder in Shared with me and Shared drives?
  2. Log files (C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive)
