Issue with RaiDrive Pro local drive Remote application

Hi Everyone,

I have purchased RaiDrive Pro to mount a local drive via a server. I successfully connected RaiDrive using WebDAV and SFTP and can access it through various clients.

However, I encounter an issue with a remote program that I use. When I connect the RaiDrive local disk via the remote program, I receive an error, and the program closes itself. When I disconnect RaiDrive, the program works without any issues.

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem or if there is a workaround?

  3. Please tell us what the remote program is.
  4. Please compress and send us the log folder below.
  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log
