I am disappointed with Raidrive, see that you released the service to share the subscription where there was no limitation mentioned above, I say this because I shared another email of mine and it was working normally, after you released the covid19 version the sharing was removed leaving only a single user online, I mean that in this topic Cannot add 'Share with others' it was exactly at the launch where it was possible to share.
I mean that if you keep this sharing function in the way that this advice would be to remove that share because nobody would share the password knowing that it is only one user logged in at a time. this sharing currently doesn’t make any sense as it sees that the name itself says “sharing” and nowhere on the page explains how it works. initially it fulfilled its role after the updates lost functionality.
See that in the market there are other products that do exactly what raidrive does very efficiently, many have a lifetime license at lower costs than raidrive and you can share your licensing with up to 5 users. so rethink this functionality or take it off the air because the way it is useless, or you will lose customers to competitors.
