When connecting: ErrorRemoteDriveAuth(103) 429 Too Many Requests Unable to retrieve users mysite URL

Could you send log files(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) to support@raidrive.com?

Same fault here. 2 Weeks before every thing goes right. I just closed the netdrive and later setup new Account and it cant connect.

Hi~ @Mark_Obliers, @liangqianbu, @xswluo,

Even though researching for a while, we could not find out the exact reason.

But we guess(not sure) that it may be related to the Region issue.
Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft 365) has its own region/domain for China, Germany.

We recommend adding a new drive after remove the old drive.

I presented the same problem, reinstalled my computer and today I want to configure the drive with my OneDrive Bussiness account does not allow me, but the credentials are correct
