WebDav lock is not working on owncloud server

When you connect via webdav to owncloud server and open an office document (word, excel, …) the file is not locked in the server and other user can open the file in read-write mode.

Have you set up a file lock on both PCs?
You must set the file lock on both PCs so that it works normally.
Please check and tell us the results.

Yes, i have set the lock option on both PCs.

I have tried the Owncloud webdav locks with Windows native client, Mountain duck and Webdrive and all of them works propertly. But in Raidrive the behaivor with lock option and without this option is the same. The file never is locked.

  1. The version of Owncloud and the version of Office used
  2. After reproducing the error situation, the log files(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) of the two computers
