WebDAV file lock feature stopped working

Hello,

I have a couple of users who utilize a WebDAV connection on RaiDrive. Very recently, they notified me that the File Lock feature no longer appears to be working. No internal changes have been made, and the feature has worked consistently for a long period of time.

They are logged into their RaiDrive account with our Professional subscription, which includes File Lock. The subscription is active, and the File Lock feature box is selected on the WebDAV configuration.

Both users are using the same version of Windows 10 and the same version of RaiDrive. They’ve tried opening the same AutoCAD file and no longer receive a message that the file is in use. The same issue persists when trying a MS Word doc or MS Excel file.

Please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log

If you are using RaiDrive Mount version, please compress the folder below and send it to us.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If you cannot find the folder, copy the path above and paste it into the address bar of the explorer and press Enter.

Please also capture the WebDAV drive settings screen of RaiDrive and send it to us.

We will check the log and let you know.
