Wasabi No longer mounting

Hello, We seem to have started havign an issue with Mounting Wasabi Bucket, nothing as far as im aware on the bucket has changed. We have another service on a different server that is functioning perfectly fine, but on one of the servers in our office i can no longer mount it, it started with there was a technical issue Error message and then now its just trying to mount and just says that the drive needs formatting but this cannot be the case as it works fine.

I’ve used other programs (air live drive, WIN SCP)to confirm that the access from the IP and server is fine, its just RAI Drive.

I think I should check the error log first.
Please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, copy the log folder and then compress the copied folder.
