V2026.10.0 does not connect my nAS Synology

Hello all,

I used RaiDrive since two or three years and it worked perfectly.
Since last version (2026.10.0), it does not connect my Synology NAS.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled previous version (2026.6.25) and it can connect the NAS.

I completely uninstall it and reinstall 2026.10.0 and the NAS is not connected.

What can I do please ?

After attempting to connect a drive using RaiDrive Mount version 2026.10.0, please compress the log folder located at the path below and send it to support@raidrive.com:

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If you cannot locate the C:\ProgramData folder, please copy the path above and paste it into the address bar of File Explorer.
If an error occurs while compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed archive, please copy the log folder to another location first, and then compress that copy.

We will get back to you after analyzing the logs.
