Upload to Google Drive Very Slow

Hello,
I recently signed up for RaiDrive and took one add-on to make Google Drive a local folder. When I upload though, everything is very slow. For example, when I tried to backup 14GB local data it tells me it will take more than 1 day. Even 100MB will take more than 2 hours.

Why is it so slow?
