Upload Bandwith Limit Unavailable - Professional Plan

So i mainly subscribed to RaiDrive Professional cause i needed to limit my upload speed.
But now its unavailable and i can’t change nor activate the upload limit anymore.
Download Limit works fine, but i really need that upload limit option back.

This happens with all drives, Webdav/Nextcloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, Onedrive etc.
Also tried reinstalling it on another PC, to check if something locally is messed up. But same result. I guess somethings wrong with the config of my license?
