After press “Update” in paid 2023.9.5 RaiDrive Professional, downloaded and installed a new product - “RaiDrive Mount” 2025.7.16. The two softwares running parallel, but the new one don’t import sites and i don’t know, the new one functionality is equal with the old version.
How can i export/import connections? My professional subscription valid on the new program?

RaiDrive Mount is the new branded product, which is unifies RaiDrive and RaiDrive Managed. Please see this.
RaiDrive Mount can be installed and operated independently from the RaiDrive, and the same license applies. But please note that if both are signed in simultaneously, two licenses will be required.
Since RaiDrive Mount is a separate product from the RaiDrive, mount information from the version 2023.9.5 is not automatically configured.
To import existing mount information, please follow these steps:
- In RaiDrive 2023.9.5, go to the Sign In menu and select Export to save the mount information as a file.
- In RaiDrive Mount 2025.7.16, use the Import menu to load the saved information.

Is it just my experience, or is the description shamelessly silent about the fact that all connection passwords must be re-entered after importing?
Is there an option to have the new RaiDrive version also transfer the passwords?

RaiDrive 2023.9.5 is an outdated version.
The latest RaiDrive, including RaiDrive Mount, supports the ability to include credentials in the Export feature.

That’s correct. Version 2023.9.5 does not have the Include credentials option in Export.
This option has been available starting from version 2023.9.256.
