Unable to access my Professional Subscription

Hello,

I have a 1 -year professional subscription with the Local disk, Folder Mount add on that just automatically renewed on 7/22/2024. I have 327 days remaining on it. My Raidrive install is no longer signing into this active subscription. Each time I sign in via the software it tells me I have no subscription and prompts me to buy a Team or Essential plan.

How do I use the subscription that I have already paid for?

Could you send log files to support@raidrive.com?

How would I get those if I am unable to sign into the software? Are they located on my local drive somewhere? Which folder would I check?

What happens is I click into the software and it shows I am not signed in. I sign in, it opens an incognito chrome session, I log in with my credentials, and I an immediately shown the error in the screen shot. Then the software shows me not being logged in.

You may close this topic. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and now it is connecting to my current subscription. I’m all set now.
