RaiDrive needs .NET Framework 4.8 and Visual C++ Redistributable.
At the beginning installation, these are checked whether being installed.
If the installer requests to install, you need to press “OK”.
If we guide the wrong way, please let us know.
[.NET Framework 4.8 and Visual C++ Redistributable] are already there - installed when I installed RaiDrive 2019.12.20 … so the 2020.2.3 installer did not ask for them.

This message could mean that “Windows Installer” service is unstable to install.
How about trying to restart “Windows Installer” service or kill “msiexec.exe” processes on the Task Manager before installing RaiDrive?
Stopped the Windows Installer Service in the Task Manager. Tried installing again - and it worked this time. Thanks.
