If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed result, please copy the log folder first and then compress the copied folder.
Additionally, please capture a screenshot of the screen where the problem occurs or an error is displayed, and provide a more detailed explanation to help reproduce the issue.

Após a última atualização do sistema, estou enfrentando problemas para realizar o upload de arquivos. Ao tentar anexar qualquer documento, o sistema fica carregando continuamente, sem concluir o envio. Após algum tempo, é exibida uma mensagem de erro e, além disso, não estou conseguindo acessar a pasta correspondente.
Poderiam, por gentileza, verificar essa situação? Caso precisem de mais informações, prints da tela ou testes adicionais, estou à disposição para ajudar na identificação do problema.

It appears there is a timing issue when uploading via Explorer.
We will investigate this matter and prepare a patched version for testing.
