Sharepoint connection no files visible

Good afternoon, when connecting to a sharepoint site and changing the root setting to URL I still don’t see a lot of doucments.
When I go to the URL I see all folders and documents.
See attached screenshots. I only see 4 files instead of the whole documents folder.

When connecting to a sharepoint site and changing the root setting to URL, and then press thre refresh button.
