Seeing "the directory name is invalid" errors trying to Google Drive content via RaiDrive

I’m frequently seeing a Windows error dialog popup, with the path and the description “The directory name is invalid” appearing. If I keep trying to access the directory, eventually it will open…

Is there perhaps an OS or RaiDrive setting that can be tweaked to avoid this? Seems like it’s triggered by a timeout

If the name of a file or folder has a special character(s), it could happen.
The naming rules depend on a cloud or NAS.

Could you send the full path and the storage type to support@raidrive.com?
(log files(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) is better)
