Reparse buffer error

Hi,

At our location we have a raidrive network share hosted on a server.
This share is shared with a pc.

It seems that randomly we get the error:
the tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid
(translation)

This happens when you try to access the network share that was created with: richt click computer > map network drive

We explored this issue at our side but can’t find any reason why this happens. Did you see this error with another customer perhaps?

This error is usually caused by an internal problem in Windows.
It is known as an error in the OneDrive App or a disk problem.

for us it’s not related to onedrive, we host our own nextcloud storage.
it’s also not related to disks since we roll out new hardware and raidrive together at a location. (also keep in mind that the chkdsk thing gets provided as solution with every problem in the microsoft forums, it’s the lazy answer of the microsoft mvp people.)

If we encounter the error again, I will update raidrive in this location and keep monitoring it.
If this doesn’t fix it I’ll get back to you.
