We need log files(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) to confirm the exact issue.
Please zip all log files and email(support@raidrive.com) them to us and we’ll get back to you.
You can see what happened today (5th october) - at around 13:15 the internet connection dropped (due to some network issues), the connection came back, but RAI drive did not reconnect until i manually reconnected.
