Starting this morning any new mega cloud files I add are not syncing/updating with Raildrive again.
Mega did just update their app I was wondering if you were aware that there is an issue?

Please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDive Mount\log
If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed result, please copy the log folder first and then compress the copied folder.
If you cannot find the C:\ProgramData folder, please paste the entire path above into the address bar of File Explorer.
Additionally, please capture a screenshot of the drive settings screen and send it along with the email.
We will provide an update after analysis.

Thank you for sending the logs.
Some of the change information has been modified in MEGA, which causes errors in older versions of RaiDrive.
Please try testing again using the latest version (RaiDrive Mount GUI 2025.12.30).
If the problem persists, please send the logs again.

Within 2023.9.256 raildrive version why was it telling me I had latest version when I checked for an update? Also its adding 20% to the name of my mega folder in this new version on the virtual drive which is different then on mega so plex doesnt see it. It does not let me edit the folder name in windows
The RaiDrive Mount version is a completely new version of RaiDrive and has been separated to allow for independent installation.
Therefore, you can use both the existing RaiDrive and the RaiDrive Mount version.
Generally, if there are no issues with the RaiDrive Mount version, you may uninstall the RaiDrive version.
I am not sure what you mean by the MEGA folder name increasing by 20%.
It would be helpful if you could capture a comparison screen and send it to support@raidrive.com for our reference.

No you misread what I’m saying. Its changing the folder name on the virtual drive to mega20%. I googled it and its something to do with spacing issues I guess. But it will not let me edit the folder name on the virtual drive.
Generally, space characters are often encoded as %20.
If it appears as 20%, it seems there is an additional number (25?) after the 20%.
Please provide the full folder name.
Also, please let us know so that we can compare what appears on the MEGA web page with what appears on RaiDrive. (It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot.)
The reason you cannot modify the folder name is that you cannot edit it if you do not have a license or if it is a shared folder.
