Over the last two weeks, we have been experiencing issues with RaiDrive. The main problem is that opening files from the RaiDrive mount folder is painfully slow. This also affects our work in AutoCAD — opening files or using template files from our server (RaiDrive) causes the entire program to freeze.
It appears to be a RaiDrive issue, as even opening a simple .pdf file takes an unusually long time. We have attempted a clean uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists. This was not an issue a month ago. What has changed, and why is this happening?
If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed result, please copy the log folder first and then compress the copied folder.
