Raidrive processor ressources

I have noticed that Raidrive uses 14% processor ressources on the server in idle mode and up to 95% ressources when active in the background, copying slowly to the QNAP cloud. This can cause the server to react slowly for its normal tasks. Is there a way to limit the Raidrive processor ressources?

Unfortunately, it is an unresolved issue for a while.

  • Does QNAP cloud mean QNAP NAS?
  • What kind of protocol you connect by?
  • Could you send log files(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) to support@raidrive.com?
