Raidrive not working after windows 11 upgrade?

Please help we cant access the Raidrive after window 11 upgrade - Raidrive says that the Host is not know? Have been using it for years? What should I do? Should I do an Upgrade on the Raidrive ?

  1. First, please capture the screen where the error occurs.
  2. If an error occurs during the installation, please send the relevant installation error log.
  3. Please see if there is an error in RaiDrive in Windows Event Viewer. If you have an error, please capture it.
  4. Please send a log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) via email.
