RaiDrive Mount GUI 2026.6.25 not working

Hi,

I have used RaiDrive against Synology WebDAV server for years, and never had any problems. With latest updates to RaiDrive Mount GUI2026.6.25 and Win10 Pro Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045, File Explorer hangs when opening Word files or creating folders to the point have stopped using RaiDrive and switched to SMB. RaiDrive still works fine on my Win11 Pro computer.

What can be the caused of this? Was a Win10 setting changed by the Windows update?

Please compress the log folder below on the computer where the problem occurred and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed result, please copy the log folder first and then compress the copied folder.

We will inform you again after analyzing the logs.

I have the same issue. I first noticed the problem with version **2026.6.7**Jun 12, 2026. The problem is still here in version 2026.6.25.
I will try to downgrade to 2025.12.30 until the problem is fixed.

As an update, I have rolled back to version 2025.12.30 but the previous versions do not work any more. With the same setup of the webdav server the connection cannot be established. When I reinstall the latest version the connection is working properly.
