If the problem persists, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log
If an error occurs when compressing the log folder or the service.log file is not included in the compressed result, please copy the log folder and compress the copied log folder.
