Hi! I’m currently on Raidrive for Linux 2025.12 and it seems Dropbox is broken. It authenticates but then never syncs any of the file structure. I’m just left with an empty folder. Does anyone else have this issue?
Hi, @Robert_Pendell
Thank you for reporting the error.
We will fix the error and upload a patch version as soon as possible.

Thanks for your prompt response! I look forward to the fix.
Thank you for your patience.
Please download and install the appropriate version from the links below based on your operating system and test it.
If any issues arise, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

Looks to work great now.
Now a question of curiosity. Why does it ask for a username and password when the site ends up prompting for it as well? I found I can just press enter twice then login on the website and it still works fine?
I apologize, but it is difficult to understand the situation.
Could you possibly send a video or a screenshot to support@raidrive.com?
Thank you for sending the video.
We will correct the errors and send it to you again.
However, it will take a few days.
Of course! Thanks for your prompt response and resolution.
Could you please test again with the version below?
- raidrive_2025.12.2.724-linux_arm64.deb
- raidrive_2025.12.2.724-linux_amd64.deb

Yup. Looks great. I guess while we are here I’ll throw these your way as well. I know we are deviating from the original issue. If you want me to repost it on another thread let me know.
If you happen to cancel the process as such that the Raidrive site indicates the process was cancelled (for any supported cloud) you get the following crash dump. Tested on Ubuntu 26.04.
shinji@system:~$ raidrivecli add googledrive

Aborted (core dumped) raidrivecli add googledrive
The other one that I discovered while testing on the above because (at least on Windows) it used to stop the mount if you use the googledrive type on a Google Workspace account. The site reports the process was canceled with an “invalid account” message but the application mounts it successfully anyways.
Thank you for reporting the error.
We are unable to reproduce the error when adding Google Drive internally.
Therefore, it appears that analysis and improvement will take some time.
We need more accurate information regarding the “invalid account” error on Windows.
We would appreciate it if you could send the logs (entire folder) and screen captures or videos to support@raidrive.com.
RaiDrive Support
The invalid account error specifically says that it can’t be used for business accounts but I’ll render the video for this via Ubuntu when I get a chance.
We have identified the cause of the issue.
You do not need to send the video.
This will be applied in the official patch.
In the event of an error, it will be prevented from mounting properly.
Thank you,
RaiDrive Support
My primary OS is CachyOS (an Arch based distro) but during the above report I did install and test it on Ubuntu which is supported. Normally I’d use the Arch AUR package that gets built from the deb package. Given that the AUR is not currently accepting updates (I’m not the maintainer anyways) and there hasn’t been a main release update with the fixes above would it be ok if I posted an Arch package build using the above here? It is just the AUR package rebuilt with the deb package above and works just fine.
