Raidrive Files aren't seen by system

Hi Team,

I had thought the issue was that the files weren’t updating quickly. Turns out my system just isn’t reading the files on it’s own.

I keep getting errors “\RaiDrive-*****\Staging Files\load\files\STORE_EVENTS*.csv”

as an example. This is a new issue with Raidrive mount, this was working previoulsy with RaiDrive.

Could you please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com?

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If you can’t find the “C:\ProgramData” folder,
paste the entire path above into the address bar of the explorer and you will be able to find it.
