I am having issues with my account in multiple ways: first of all, despite the “together” plan page for education showing that the standard education plan has access to local drive functionality, it is grayed out and asking for an upgrade in my raidrive application. Second, while my subscription page in my profile shows my current subscription (with 23 addons), my shared page https://pay.raidrive.com/share/ and management page https://pay.raidrive.com/manage/ both show “you have no subscription.” I cannot even see which addons I have because of this issue and the lack of local drive functionality is beginning to be a huge headache.
A separate issue, though smaller, is I have no “RaiDrive Quick Delete” in my right click context menu, despite activating it in my settings for the respective drive.
My platform is Windows 10 and I am on the most updated version of raidrive mount.
