Hi,
I am trying to install RaiDrive 2023.9.209 on my Windows 10 computer, and after processing the update (quick pop-up window), it does not install, reporting an error. I tried running it form the command line without getting more information on the error. Then I tried removing my previously installed version, 2023.9.90. After trying the installation of version 209 the older 90 version now has the same error and won’t install again.

I also repaired VC-redist and re-installed dotnet SDK 6.0.24

You can generate log file with the following command:
msiexec /i RaiDrive_2023.9.209.1_x64.msi /lvx* raidriveinstall.logCould you attach log file?
Please find attached.

As you can see, your log has nothing to research.
Could you try to reinstall after stopping Windows Installer service?
I stopped the services (it took a bit of time to find out how), but I still can’t install RaiDrive.
@JJ_van_Dijk, Could you share log or screenshot of the Event Viewer?
I don’t get an error event but two information events simultaneously. Maybe this gives you some information.
If any virus scanner or detector is running, temporarily stop running, and then try to install again.
