Rai-drive Pro Issues

Hi All,

I am writing these due to 2 problems that has been encountered using Rai-drive and any advice would be appreciated.

  1. Randomly on a Tuesday evening all users with a Rai-drive Pro subscription were logged out for no apparent reason. (Causing loss of work etc).
  2. Rai-drive Pro includes no advertisements however even once logged in with a Rai-drive Pro account, the user is still receiving advertisements.
