Permission Shared Drive Workspace

Hello goodnight!
Today when trying to use the files in the Workspace Shared Drive, I am not able to open them. I get a message that I don’t have permission to access the file.
I’m paying for the professional version.

For accurate verification, we need two pieces of information.

  • A screen capture file and log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) of the error.
