Payment Issue Encountered During Subscription

I am a student at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and I am interested in subscribing to the Essential Edition for 3 years. However, I have encountered a couple of issues during the subscription process and would appreciate your assistance.

Firstly, I would like to inquire if there are any educational discounts available for students. If so, could you please guide me on how to apply for and verify my educational status? I am eager to take advantage of any available discounts as a student.

Secondly, I encountered a payment issue when attempting to use PayPal for the subscription. The error message I received was: “Subscription cannot be re-activated as we are not able to collect USD 78.00 from your card on file. Error message: (TRANSACTION_REFUSED) The request was refused.” I have tried multiple times but have been unsuccessful. I understand that PayPal may have restrictions for users in China, and I would like to know if there are any alternative payment methods or additional steps I can take to resolve this issue.

  1. We have a Education 2024 plan( Together | RaiDrive) for a student user, and if your school’s domain is registered with us, you can subscribe to Education 2024 through the sign in using that email account. Education | RaiDrive
  2. The available payment method for Chinese users are currently credit cards and PayPal. Many Chinese users use PayPal. For the payment issue you encountered, we cannot confirm it, so please check with PayPal.
