OneDrive Shared Folder Missing

Dear RaiDrive Support Team,

I’m writing to report a recurring issue with OneDrive “Shared” folder connections in RaiDrive.

Our office has been using RaiDrive to access OneDrive shared folders for some time without any problem. However, recently one of our user accounts encountered an issue where only one shared folder is visible in RaiDrive, while all the other shared folders do not appear.

Key details:

  • The issue follows the account, not the PC. When the same account logs in on another computer, the problem remains.
  • Other users using the same shared folders can access them normally without issue.
  • The affected account is connected using OneDrive → Shared (not Personal, not Shared Link).
  • We have updated RaiDrive to the latest version.
  • The network connection is stable, and other RaiDrive + OneDrive connections work fine.
  • This same issue occurred with another user account last month, and now it has happened again on a different account, so we are concerned it may gradually affect more users.

I have attached the service log for your reference. The log was collected immediately after attempting to access the shared folders.

Kindly assist to check whether this may be caused by a Microsoft Graph API issue or something that can be reset or refreshed from RaiDrive’s side.
