Onedrive doesn't work

From a few days, my onedrive account is no more working.
Perhaps I need to reset the configuration, but I tried to delete and setup again the drive, it still doesn’t work. From the instructions, it seems that when I configura a new onedrive drive, I need to view the permissions from riadrive portal, but I don’t see them at all.
Someone can help me?

Could you send log file when you meet a trouble?
Please send the log file via e-mail(support@raidrive.com).

According to the log file, the Z: drive is already in use somewhere else or has the same drive letter.
Try selecting a different drive in the drive settings and change the name of the drive as well.

If the issue persists, please send me a screenshot of the screen under “Devices and drives” by clicking “This PC” in the tree on the left in the Explorer screen, along with the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log).
