As of today, none of the shared folders in OneDrive Business Shared connected to Raidrive are visible. (Same issue on multiple PCs)
The issue persists even after updating the program. Could you please provide guidance on what to do?
I have opened a case with MS regarding the above error and am inquiring about it. If possible, please let me know which OneDrive API is used when searching for OneDrive shared folders in Raidrive.

If the download does not work properly, please download the patch version from the link below and try again.
If the folder list does not appear, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com to determine the exact cause.
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log
If an error occurs when compressing the log folder or the service.log file is not included in the compressed file, copy the log folder and then compress the copied folder.
Please send us the logs and we will analyze them and get back to you.
