Onedrive business mounted folder do not show all files

My folder has 1476 items but raidrive shown only 765 items. I deleted cache, reinstalled the app but it still shows 765 items.

OneDrive on Windows displays locally cached information, whereas RaiDrive displays information retrieved remotely.

Therefore, there may be differences.

Please compare this with the list in My Files on the OneDrive web page.

If the issue persists, please send us the RaiDrive OneDrive settings screen and a comparison screen with the OneDrive web page. Additionally, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed result, please copy the log folder first and then compress the copied folder.
