On a student subscription, the ability to perm with a local disk is blocked

As shown in the screenshot, the Education 2024 plan supprts the Local Disk feature.
However, the previous ‘Education Edition’ does not support the Local Disk feature.
Please check the plan for your student subscription.

Here is my subscription. I can’t see something about her. She just is

The educational institution was initially registered as an Education Edition, and unfortunately this cannot be changed.
