I use this app to map an Internxt drive.
When I use on Win 11 drag and rop or cut and paste of a folder from local to the cloud drive, I must authorize the operation trough Windows File explorer to create folders and ignore next errors so the operation will stop at every folder. Often files inside folders are not copied on line. This happens even for small MB files.
Another issue:
When I edit, for example, a wav file, opened from mapped drive, I must save it with another name because I obtain the error "The file … is used by another application and can not be overwritten.
Any idea on how to solve this issue?

We do not currently support Internxt, and it has not been tested.
Please send us the logs so we can investigate the issue.
Please zip the log folder below and email it to support@raidrive.com.
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log
If an error occurs when compressing the log file or the service.log file is not included in the compressed file, copy the log folder and zip the copied folder.
If you are not using the RaiDrive Mount version, please upgrade.

It appears that Internxt does not allow the creation of empty files.
The error “Empty files are not supported” occurs because Internxt does not allow the creation of empty files.
RaiDrive is file system-based, and empty files must be created when the system requests CreateFile.
Unfortunately, if creating empty files is not supported, RaiDrive cannot be used.
