Nonprofit eligibility – DayHosting

Hello RaiDrive team,

My organization DayHosting is a French non-profit association (legally an Association Loi 1908), operating strictly on a not-for-profit basis and dedicated to providing affordable and accessible digital services to the local and online community.

We meet the criteria of
• operating on a not-for-profit basis,
• having a mission to benefit the community,
• and being registered as a non-profit organization under French law.

Our official websites are:

Our organization is officially recognized by French authorities, and we can provide any required documentation (statutes, registration, SIREN/SIRET, or other proof of nonprofit status).

Could you please review our eligibility again?
We believe we fully comply with your nonprofit requirements and would appreciate clarification regarding the reasons for the initial rejection.

Thank you for your reply.

However, when I go to the Nonprofit section in the Together portal, I’m unable to proceed because the system shows the following message:

“Votre domaine n’est pas éligible à ce plan.”
(“Your domain is not eligible for this plan.”)

Could you please check why the system is marking my domain as ineligible?
