No Checkput option for Lifetime subscription

I’m trying to purchase a lifetime subscription; however, I’m experiencing an issue during the checkout process. When I proceed to the payment page, a loading pop-up appears but never completes, and the “Checkout” button remains inactive. This prevents me from finalizing the transaction.

Can anyone please look into this and advise on how I can complete my subscription?
