I just purchased a license and my bank was charged, received the invoice in my email, but the online system and Windows application does not recognize that I have purchased the product (no subscriptions found).
I checked previous posts and found found one similar issue:
" Set up a Default subscription in Shared with me .
If you cannot set up a default subscription because you do not have a subscription, please take a screenshot of the Subscription menu and send it by e-mail(support@raidrive.com). We’ll get back to you after checking. "
In the Share with me it shows “You have no subscription.”
I’ll be happy to screenshot and forward the invoice information.
