moving files on sharepoint

Hello,

We use raildrive to synchronize Sharepoint libraries.

We have a problem that if we move a file to another folder on Sharepoint, this change is not overwritten through raildrive. Copying works. Deleting also works, but moving does not work - sometimes it happens that the file is copied to another folder, but it still remains in the original folder.

Hi, @PRAGOECON .

If you are using RaiDrive Mount version, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If you are using previous RaiDrive version, please compress the log folder below and send it to us by email.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log

If the log folder compression fails, please copy the log folder and compress the copied folder and send it to us.

If you cannot find the “C:\ProgramData” folder in Explorer, please copy the entire path above and paste it into the Explorer address bar.

Also, if possible, please send us a screen capture of the two problematic folders after Move.

We will analyze the log and let you know again.
