Move: Access Denied

I have a professional edition and I use raiddrive a lot to rename and relocate my files through another program but since yesterday it won’t let me and gives me an access denied error, I even tried yesterday to directly copy a file to my Team Drive just to test and I I got a message that I needed permissions, when I have been using my TDs normally for a long time.
What will be the problem? did anything change?

Hi~ @Luis_Daniel_Lory_Mur ,

Could you send log file when you meet a trouble?
Please send the log file via e-mail(support@raidrive.com).

  • Log file : C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log

If you can reply, we will review the error and contact you again.

I already did, they answered me this:

“We requested access because the sharing permission was set incorrectly in the log you sent. please check.”

But, sorry, I did not understand what I should do, but I restarted my PC and verified and it is still read-only, and I do not understand what happened that 2 days ago everything was fine and suddenly it stopped giving permissions.
Please I already have 2 days without being able to advance my earrings.

Edit: They already clarified to me the previous msg referred to the logs that I sent did not have permissions to open, I assumed that when sharing by mail the permissions were automatic, but I already gave permissions. apologies

Hi~ @Luis_Daniel_Lory_Mur ,

Thanks for sending the log file.
According to the log file, the cause of the error is:

  1. The most recent error is “The file limit for this shared drive has been exceeded”.
This error occurs when the Trash is full or there are too many files on that drive.
Please empty the trash or reduce the number of files.

  2. The Move error seems to be due to a temporary Google internal error. If we test with the same file name, the move is working normally.
When a Move error occurs, the Windows file system displays the error as a permission problem.

  3. The download is not working due to insufficient disk space. Please move the cache folder to another drive or increase the drive capacity.

  4. Very often there are network problems. Please check the network status. License check keeps failing with this issue.

It would be very helpful if you let us know the result after checking.
thank you.

  1. The most recent error is “The file limit for this shared drive has been exceeded.”

This error has happened to me before and I solve it as indicated but it does not return the units as read only.

  1. The Move error appears to be caused by a temporary internal Google error.

Doing it via web on the Drive page I can move normally.

  1. The download does not work due to lack of disk space. Move the cache folder to another drive or increase the capacity of the drive.

no space problems

  1. Very often there are network problems. Please check the network status. License verification keeps failing with this issue.

I have tried both in my work office and at home, it is not a network problem

In addition to the above I do not have only one TD, I have several other people who share their content with me and in all of them it has appeared for two days as “read only” it is not a problem of a single unit.

After a few minutes, I don’t know if they did something or it just fixed itself, but it’s back to normal, thank you very much

Hi~ @Luis_Daniel_Lory_Mur ,
