Just recently I have had Microsoft Word freeze anytime I save a file to my MEGA drive. It is also happening now when I try to paste documents from one folder to the MEGA folder.
How can this be resolved? If it can’t, the program is useless to me.

Looking at the log you sent, it seems that you are using the old version 2020.6.80. Please update to the latest version, 2021.5.20, test again, and if the issue persists, please tell us again.
Still not working after update to newest version. No reason this should be stalling / freezing 25KB files

According to the log file you sent, We don’t see any issues.
Various requests are made when saving or uploading a file.
So it can be time consuming.
The requesting APP may hang until all processing is complete.
Mega’s API server can be very slow to respond because the speed is not constant.
We ran several tests internally, but couldn’t find any issues.
We apologize for not being able to give you an accurate answer.
