When I add or remove files to my mega account the changes don’t synchronize with Raidrive. What’s really strange is that the mounting seems to be freezed to a few weeks ago mega status. If I disconnect and reconnect to the account nothing changes. I’m running latest Raidrive version.
I also have a WebDAV mounting and it synchronizes correctly.

MEGA has a very unique mechanism.
Because MEGA doesn’t have a feature to retrieve folder-by-folder lists, all folder/file information must be stored locally, and changes are imported through a separate process.
First, check if the settings are set correctly by referring to the help link below:
If changes are still not reflected, there may be another issue.
Please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com:
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log
If an error occurs when compressing the log folder or the service.log file is not included in the compressed file, copy the log folder and then compress the copied folder.
Please send us the logs and we will analyze them and get back to you.
