Hello,

I use “essential” version of raidrive, the read/write access on my windows is great, but I have my MEGA drive in readonly in my linux debian 12 :

This may be due to a problem with the number of registered licenses.
If you use both Windows and Linux versions, you need two licenses.
Or, please check if you have updated to the latest version.

If you have the latest version and it is not a Lincense issue, please send the log files below to support@raidrive.com.

  • ~/.raidrive/log/cli.log (The .raidrive folder is located in the Linux user account’s home directory.)
  • /var/log/raidrive/service.log

We will analyze the logs and get back to you.
