Issues with Temp files created in Sharepoint folder

Greetings,

I have a label that is applied to all new files that prevent the accidently deletion of files in my sharepoint document libraries. I am using raidrive for the first time to connect to my document libraries as a drive letter. When I open and edit a file like Visio I get tmp files created in the document library. When I save and close the Visio file the temp files cannot be removed because of the auto label. I don’t seem to get this same issue when doing this on a local drive. Has anyone seen this and know of a work around? All my Visio working directories point somewhere local and I don’t see another setting to say not to create temp files in the opening directory.

Hi~ @RJ_Donato ,

We tested it internally and the issue you mentioned did not occur.
For accurate testing, please explain the error process in detail and send the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) to us by e-mail(support@raidrive.com), and we will tell you again after analysis.

Thank you for looking into it. I just sent you the logs and screenshots reproducing it on my side.

Were you able to find anything?
