Issue while running installation

Hi,
While running installation of version 2023.2.22 the attached error message is generated in the event viewer and the installation is interrupted.
Can you please suggest what could be the root cause and how this can be solved ?

Go to the Download page and install the 3 elements in the Requirements section at the bottom of the screen, then try installing RaiDrive again and let us know how it goes.

It is commonly stated that the 1609 error occurs when installing with a user account that does not have administrator privileges.

Try installing as an account with administrator privileges.

I’m afraid this is not the case, the user we used had indeed Admin privileges while running the installation, can you please further troubleshoot.

net localgroup /add "Authenticated Users"

This command releases restricted permissions on the network.
Even if you have administrator privileges, there may be restrictions on your network.
We recommend that you try the links below.

You have deployed a new version.
If you encounter any errors when installing the new version, please email(support@raidrive.com) us the error log(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log).

unfortunately the command does not fix the issue, while running the install we still get the same error message.
