I'm using a Qnap NAS and I have a problem

There are 15 people who access QNAP NAS via RayDrive from an external network, and the total number of people using QNAP NAS is 35. When using RayDrive from outside, the connection is continuously lost, files are not visible, or files are opened. Disappears.
I reinstalled with a new version of the program. Why?

A log file is required to check the status quo. Immediately after the issue occurs, please send the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) by e-mail(support@raidrive.com) and we will tell you again after checking.
