I Never successfully connected on OneDrive, need help

It seems to be a permission issue.
First, please check if the account has the correct permissions.
If the problem persists, please compress the log folder below and send it to us by email (support@raidrive.com).
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log
Also, please capture the OneDrive drive settings screen and send it to us.
Thank you very much for your reply, gues what happen, when I sign in to OneDrive , my account was frozen, due to I’ve been away too long, after defrosting everything was normal,
