I’m Ricardo from Brazil and I’m having the same problem. I connected my OneDrive account and it gives the SAME PROBLEM.
I try to rename a file or folder and Windows tells me that “The file or folder does not exist” even though it’s there and I’m using it… another thing that happens is when I create a new folder and go to name it, the same message appears, but when I click “OK” the folder is created but not with the name I wanted, but it appears there as “New Folder”.
This issue appears to have been recently reported to Microsoft and has been occurring since November of last year.
It appears to be affecting some individual accounts, and the cause is still unknown.
Please also test moving files or folders to different folders and let us know the results.
We’ll see if this can be a temporary workaround until Microsoft resolves the issue.
Hello!
I wanted to let you know that everything has been back to normal with OneDrive on RaiDrive for about ten days now. I didn’t do anything special, but it’s stable again on all the computers where I use it. I really appreciate your hard work and effort in resolving this. I understood that Microsoft was performing migrations in OneDrive that were causing general issues (not just with RaiDrive), so I assume these problems were inherited from their platform. Either way, thank you for your attention, and I’m glad to see it’s stable once more. If it happens again, we’ll collaborate once more to find a solution. Have a great day!
